MISSION STATEMENT

By God's grace, it will be my endeavor to help children and youth to DISCOVER, DEVELOP, and DEDICATE their talents to the GLORY OF GOD.

In collaboration with Master Guides Online - The Master Guide Club of Global Frontiers Institute,  Ephphatha Chorus - The Friends of Jesus Choir and Orchestra of Global Frontiers Institute and other web groups for the proclamation of the everlasting gospel to all the world in this generation: My office for Online Support and Consultancy Services exists with the mission to facilitate the formation of:

• K-12 Academic peer groups/Neighborhood Tutorial Clubs (NTC)
• Professional associations/Continuing Education Societies (CES), and
• Community Organizations/Civic Social Organizations (CSO)

To develop programs, products, and services for excellence in education and community development. And to facilitate the advancement of Project TAPACAN - The Threefold Action Program Against Cigarettes, Alcohol, and Narcotics - For the prevention and control of drug addiction, child abuse, and juvenile delinquency a.k.a. (also known as) The Thirteen APIHEP Pointers And Certification Activities Needed for the advancement of The Project TAPACAN Comprehensive Career Guidance and Counseling Services Development Program of ECS300 Open University System - The organization of accredited schools, colleges, and universities network of Global Frontiers Institute.

In view of the on-going global cooperation to curtail the spread of COVID-19

It will also be my personal, private, and voluntary endeavor  to facilitate the formation of volunteer organizing teams and local action units of APIHEP ONLINE - The Asia Pacific International Health Education Program of Global Frontiers Institute for the cause of:

1. Disaster-preparedness, environment education, and total health and wellness promotion for lifestyle enrichment and human resource development.
2. The activation of Civic Social Organizations, Virtual Learning Communities and Volunteer Missionary Societies of  Project New Philippines Movement for a Better World for Children.  And,
3. The activation of The Project TAPACAN Comprehensive Guidance and Counseling Services Website of ECS300 OPEN UNVERSITY SYSTEM for total community involvement in a global cooperation for health and wellness promotion for optimum wellness and productivity and for the prevention and control of cigarette-smoking, alcoholism, drug addiction, domestic abuse, and the negative socio-economic impact of the COVID-19 PANDEMIC and its variants.

LEGACY OF MY PARENTS:

In memory of my parents: MAALIW TOLENTINO IMPERIO and RHODIE MAGNAYE ADAP whom God used to give me my name and guided me from my childhood to fear God and give glory to His name. My mother's legacy, when she called us (me and my siblings) by her bed a day before she died is this: "Gusto ko, mabahagihan ng liwanag ng katotohanan lahat ng mga tao sa ating paligid." (I want that the light of truth be shared to everyone in our neighborhood).

 My siblings next to me when we were young in the care of our loving parents (from right to left): Mahershalhashbaz, Delma Flor, Cyrus, Herman, and Myra.

Thanks to our parents and to all who spent their time to care for us and to nurture us to what we are now.
